Spray is an absolute classic. She was launched in 1954 as a work boat for an oyster lease, and it is obvious she was built to get things done. The Tea Gardens-based shipwrights who built her selected the premium Spotted Gum for her hull, which is still in great condition after all these years.
She was built from Spotted Gum in Tea Gardens.
Her Ford Lees 120hp diesel is bullet proof, and gives excellent fuel economy. The boat can go 1000 km on a single tank!
The galley has plenty of room to cook and lots of storage. The saloon is also very roomy. Spray is easy to get around with walkarond decks and a large transom and folding duckboard.
If you are looking for an affordable way to get out on the water look no further! Spay is ready to move on to her next owners and continue providing great times and glorious memories out on the water.
