The Greenline 48 is a truly stunning boat. Built to the famous Greenline standards of workmanship and design, this vessel is quite simply luxury afloat.
The 48 Flybridge is the flagship of the Greenline range and has been painstakingly designed to perfectly marry form and function. From the moment you step aboard the level of workmanship is clear. Every surface exudes a luxurious quality that you do not find in other boats, and the layout of the cabin makes amazing use of space. The entire saloon is flooded with natural light thanks to the almost 360 degree windows, and with the rear window open and the breakfast bar folded down the well appointed galley spills out into the rear cockpit.
The flybridge is perhaps the largest available for this size vessel and offers a large BBQ, sink, fridge and plenty of seating. There is also a dedicated sunbathing area at the rear of the deck. The giant sunbed with fold-up back rest and folding bimini makes excellent use of the bow deck, which is very easily accessed thanks to the wide walk-around decks with high railings. The inset walk-around decks are much easier to navigate at sea and much safer for young children than typical motor cruisers. The flybridge is accessed by stairs which are wide enough to carry up a drinks tray and very easy to navigate.
The master cabin is located up front and has a queen bed with plenty of walk-around room. There is ample storage and a dedicated bathroom with separate shower. The two midships cabins both offer two large single beds that can be combined into queens, and the port cabin has a dedicated bathroom. Between the master and guest cabins you find a separate shower to port and the day bathroom to starboard.
The swim platform lowers via wireless remote to lift the Brig tender, or sits just below the waterline to make the perfect sunbathing spot. Under a seat in the cockpit you find access to the very large rear storage space with room for a workbench, and there is another huge storage locker under the saloon accessed via a hatch in the floor.
Amanzi has had no expense spared in her construction, with the owners opting for the top of the line 380hp Cummins diesel engines which propel her at an impressive 24 knots. The added stern thruster paired with the bow thruster and wireless yacht controller makes docking a very simple affair. The interior has been upgraded to white oak with the additional indirect lighting package which gives the feel of a high-end apartment, and the entertainment and comfort packages ensure all electrics are top of the line. The added 480 amp hours of batteries and 1000 watt solar panels keep everything powered without the need to constantly run the 11kw Generator. But the most impressive extra onboard is the Gyroscopic stabiliser. This device uses a computer controlled counter weight hidden in the hull to counter-act the rocking motion of the waves and gives the boat amazing stability, perfect for keeping the sea-sickness at bay and the champagne glasses upright. In total Amanzi was equipped with well over $400,000 worth of factory extras. In May 2019 Amanzi was valued by Eyachts, the Australian Greenline distributor, at a replacement value of $1.83 million, excluding import duty.
Amanzi is a beautiful vessel, both inside and out. The only differrence to a brand new boat is the half a million dollars missing from the price tag, no stamp duty, and no 12 month plus wait for her to be built! If you are seeking a special vessel that stands head and shoulders above the rest in design, quality, and functionality then your search is over. Included with purchase is a $1000 voucher with SkipperSean. Com. Au which can be used for handling lessons or put toward delivery of the vessel to your local waterway.
